Phenolic Pipe Supports are made from phenolic resin – a thermosetting plastic material known for its high strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to chemicals, moisture and heat.
These pipe supports are designed to support the compressive loads of pipework systems which are transporting water, and other liquids. By helping to isolate the pipework from the pipe support brackets, they limit heat transfer and thermal bridging whilst maintaining a continuous vapour barrier through the system.
Commonly used with LTHW and CHW pipework systems, these pipe supports can be used on a wide range of pipe materials including Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Multiplex and Plastic.
- CFC/HCFC-free with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP)
- High Closed Cell Content
- Inert Bore Coated for use on all Pipes Including Copper
- High Density Rigid Phenolic Insulation 37-120 kg/m (5.0-7.5 lm/ft)
