This height gauge is used in the final adjustment procedure of the lever height for Mares second stages with Turbo Flow feature.

With the second stage pressurised, the ideal demand lever height position should be checked with the height gauge by sliding the height gauge along the casing over the lever, it should touch the lever without causing an airflow. If this is not the case, adjustment can be done by tightening or loosening the demand lever locknut until the correct height is achieved.
