This is a long handled version of Key Joint Box 2which enables the user to lift the cover in a standing position. Used to remove the covers of joint boxes with the exception of types 21 and 22. Is also suitable for use on Frame & Cover Unit Type Light and Frames & Cover Carriageway 4.
