Intergas Xylinders have the X Factor

If you thought Intergas was synonymous with gas boilers youd be right and wrong.

Since Intergas were acquired by Rheem in 2019 they have been benefitting from the Groups extensive
Research & Development resource to develop new, more sustainable heating and hot water products.

For the past two years theyve been collaborating with DeJong, a name synonymous with hot water
cylinders and also part of the Rheem group of companies, to produce an Intergas range of cylinders,
which Intergas have branded Xylinders. And, just like their boilers, these Xylinders are built to last.

Xylinder Performance

All our direct, indirect, pre-plumbed and heat pump cylinders are made from grade 444 stainless steel (the industry standard is 2304), one of the highest grades of stainless steel on the market and unique to Intergas. Its properties are perfect for hot water cylinders as it has extreme corrosion resistance to limescale, chlorine, stress and pitting and has high heat transfer capabilities. And, the heat exchanger coil, which is smooth not corrugated, promotes rapid heat transfer and cylinder recovery.

444 Grade Steel

Grade 444 Steel Construction: Unlike the industry-standard Duplex 2304, Xylinders are made using grade 444 stainless steel, renowned for its superior corrosion resistance.

Positioned above the coil, the immersion design offers quick recovery times and significant energy savings by heating only the required water amount.
