DWBi 40kW, wood burning boilers for hot water and central heating.

With a massive 180 litre firebox and ability to take 55cm or 22 inch long logs, the DWBi 40kW was specifically designed to give long refill times. It has been one of most popular wood burning boilers as it strikes a good balance between long refill times and power output.

Electronically controlled fan assisted combustion give the DWBi 40kW solid fuel boiler better control over fire efficiency, faster temperature build up and a more complete and longer burn times.

The DWBi 40kW wood boiler has sufficient output to heat a home or a workplace with a total square area of around 320-350m2 and it will also provide consumable hot water, can be plumbed in open vented or closed central heating system.

The DWBi range can also be used with ourbuffer tanksand our hot air blowing fan radiators.

Please also consider our thermal relief valve, designed to release hot water and refill the boiler with cold water shall an emergency situation arise.

Manufactured out of EN specification 6-7 mm steel plates, laser cut and welded internally.

An electrical supply is needed, albeit very low consumption, DWBi boilers can also work with no electricity.

Fill up, light it and walk away system thanks to electronic controller keeping a watch full eye over combustion parameters and temperature control.

Refills vary with boiler output as does fire box size, but expected burn time, using coal or wood, to be 3-4 hours for smaller units and up to 8-12 hours on bigger machines.

As with the rest of our items this wood boiler is a 100 % European product.
