This tool is designed to assist the technician in removal and installation of the lever of Scubapro X650 second stage.

The tool can be used for leverdisassembly: with the diaphragm of the second stage removed, insert the tool from the orifice side into the barrel. Push the tool onto the poppet to compress the spring and hold the tool in this position (the tool should touch the edge of the housing/air barrel). The lever can now be pulled straight down to disengage it.

The tool can be used for lever installation: with the diaphragm of the second stage removed, insert the tool from the orifice side into the barrel.Push the tool onto the poppet to compress the spring and hold the tool in this position (the tool should touch the edge of the housing/air barrel). Angle the lever into its position of operation and guide it into the lever opening in the barrel. Remove the tool and verify that the lever is in the correct position and operates smoothly.
